Your role as CSM

With our software, companies save hundreds of hours of effort in their HR administration every year and employees benefit from greater convenience and security in their daily work.

Your part: You support the customer in achieving the goals and improvements set together as planned and to the full extent. This means communicating, moderating and organising.

Porsche, the WWF, the Lufthansa Star Alliance, the German Red Cross and the Munich Security Conference have all already been won by your future colleagues. They are waiting for you to develop them further.

Job details

  • At the beginning, you clarify with the customer when they would like to start the project, in which order they would like to establish the possible improvements in their HR management with our software and what they need to prepare. He often underestimates the preparation....
  • In regular meetings, you discuss the progress of the project with the customer and their implementation partner, keep an eye on everyone completing their to-dos, point out milestones and offer your support with change management.
  • If the customer or partner doesn't get going, you escalate the matter to management level so that we can make progress.
  • To the point: You make sure that the full potential of improvements reaches the customer.
  • So if you fancy a lot of creative freedom, a lot of communication and customers who would love to fall around your neck with gratitude again and again, then this is the job for you.

You have no experience as a CSM

Are you passionate about the tasks of a Customer Success but have no experience in this role? No problem, apply anyway. We have a solution.
